A comprehensive body training with inspiring exercises and choreographies. Kris incorporates his stage and teaching experience into his dance lessons. Sometimes classic, sometimes lyrical - Kris enjoys passing on his skills and passion in such a way that all participants have fun and make progress at the same time.

Basic knowledge is recommended.
