Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout. A mixture of dance and fitness to predominantly Latin American and international music. The workout combines fast and slow rhythms based on Aerobics. The organism, heart and body are strengthened and the fat burning is maximized by a resistance training. A balance between muscle build-up, conditioning and body shaping is achieved. Zumba is a dynamic and effective fitness system, which motivates and inspires.
