La Touche is originally from Calgary, Canada. Lisa's career highlights include recent works with Savion Glover and his touring production, «STEPZ», and also performing with both New York's Off-Broadway and North American touring casts of «STOMP». 2016 she was performing on Broadway in «Shuffle Along», choreographed by Savion Glover. Lisa has produced and directed her own shows with her group «Tap Phonics», as well as working with youth groups and dance organizations across North America. Opportunities have extended to also include working alongside Jason Samuels Smith in «ACGI» and excerpts from «Chasin' the Bird» as well as performing at Harlerm's own «The Cotton Club» with Dormeshia Sumbry-Edwards. Other companies have included Max Pollak’s «Rumba Tap», «Barbara Duffy and Co.», and Tre Dumas' «JusLisTeN». Lisa teaches internationally and appears as guest artist in residence at The American Tap Dance Foundation, Vancouver Tap Dance Society, and the School at Jacob's Pillow to name a few. She appears in the classroom at Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway and the American Tap Dance Foundation.
